著作権者に無断で音楽や映像をインターネットで配信すること（アップロードすること）は、以前より違法であり、刑罰として、「10年以下の懲役または1,000万円以下の罰金またはその両方」が科されています。
違法に公開された映像とわかっていながら、ダウンロードする行為も違法となります。「2年以下の懲役もしくは200万円以下の罰金、またはその両方」


一門会作品の出演者は、殆どが素人です。「購入した人しか見られないようにする。パッケージやサンプルビデオなどには目線やモザイクを入れる」という契約の下、ご出演頂いております。これを無視して勝手にアップした場合、上記の問題に加え、人権問題にまで発展する可能性があります。その場合、勝手にアップロードした方に責任の一端を担って頂くことになります。

どうぞ違法にアップしたりすることなく、個人的にお楽しみください。
