一門会の製作する全ての動画、パッケージやサンプル画像、その他イラストやロゴ等の、全ての著作物（以下「著作物」とします）の著作権は、 物販・配信を問わず一門会またはその運営会社に帰属し、著作権法等によって保護されています。
したがって、これらの著作物を一門会またはその運営会社の許可を得ず複製や転載、またはアップロードする行為、その他方法や公私を問わず、 無断で利用する行為の全てを禁止します。

著作権を侵害する恐れのある行為の例として、以下があげられます。（アナログ・デジタル不問）
・著作物を複製、再頒布、または販売する行為。およびそれを依頼、申し出る行為
・著作物を利用してコンテンツを作成する行為。およびそれを投稿、公開、または販売する行為
・著作物の画像、動画および音声データ他を、Youtube等の動画コンテンツプラットフォームや、個人サイト、ブログサービス、SNS、その他webサービス上に投稿、公開、または販売する行為

その他、権利を侵害していると判断した行為に対しては、適切な対応を取らせて頂きます。

著作権法に違反した場合、「10年以下の懲役または1,000万円以下の罰金またはその両方」などが科される場合があるとされます。 また、違法に公開された映像とわかっていながらダウンロードする行為も同様に違法となり、 罰則として「2年以下の懲役もしくは200万円以下の罰金、またはその両方」などが科せられる場合があるとされています。

一門会作品の出演者とは、「購入した人しか見られないようにする。パッケージやサンプルビデオなどには目線やモザイクを入れる」という契約の下、ご出演頂いております。
これを無視して勝手にアップした場合、特に顔のモザイクを外して公開などをしてしまった場合、上記の著作権の侵害に加え、人権侵害にまで発展する可能性があります。その場合、勝手にアップロードした方の責任となります。

youtubeなどに当会の動画を切り抜いたりして配信する行為は公衆送信権の侵害などに当てはまります。特に顔出しなどで勝手にキャプションを付けて配信してしまった場合は、人権問題に発展し、侮辱罪など数多の罪に問われる可能性があります。

アフィリエイトについて、許諾しているのは、当会が制作したサンプル動画（顔にモザイクのあるもの）、当会で公開しているサンプル画像（顔に目線や強いぼかしがあるもの）に限ります。勝手に本編をキャプチャし、公開することは認めておりませんのでおやめください。

どうぞ違法にアップロードすることなく、個人的にお楽しみ頂くことにお留めください。法的に揉めたりすることは、当会の望むところではありません。
ですが、悪質な場合は、断固とした措置を取らざるを得ませんので、マナーを守り、ご視聴くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

The copyrights of all works (hereinafter referred to as "works") produced by Ichimonkai, including all videos, packaging, sample images, illustrations, logos, etc., belong to Ichimonkai or its operating company, regardless of whether they are sold or distributed, and are protected by copyright law.

Therefore, any act of copying, reprinting, or uploading these works without permission from Ichimonkai or its operating company, or any other act of using them without permission, whether public or private, is prohibited.

Examples of acts that may infringe copyright include the following. (Analog or digital)

- Reproducing, redistributing, or selling works. And requests or offers to do so

- Creating content using works. And posting, publishing, or selling them

- Posting, publishing, or selling images, videos, audio data, etc. of works on video content platforms such as YouTube, personal sites, blog services, SNS, and other web services

We will take appropriate action against any other acts that we determine to be infringing rights.

Violation of copyright law may result in a sentence of up to 10 years in prison or a fine of up to 10 million yen, or both. Downloading illegally published videos is also illegal, and may result in a sentence of up to 2 years in prison or a fine of up to 2 million yen, or both.

The performers in Ichimonkai's works are contracted to "make the videos viewable only to those who have purchased them, and to include eye contact and mosaics on the packaging and sample videos."
If you ignore this and upload the videos without permission, especially if you remove the mosaic on your face and publish them, it may not only be a violation of copyright as mentioned above, but may also be a violation of human rights. In that case, the person who uploaded the videos without permission will be held responsible.

Cutting out our videos and distributing them on YouTube, etc., is a violation of the right to public transmission. In particular, if you distribute the videos with captions showing your face, it may develop into a human rights issue and you may be charged with a number of crimes, including insults.

Affiliates are only permitted to use sample videos produced by our association (with faces blurred or heavily blurred) and sample images published by our association. Please refrain from capturing and publishing the main videos without permission.

Please refrain from illegally uploading the videos and enjoy them for your own personal enjoyment. We do not wish for legal disputes.

However, in serious cases, we will be forced to take firm action, so please be courteous and watch with care.
