一門会作品の著作物・違法アップロードについて

著作権の帰属および基本方針

女排泄一門会が製作する全ての動画、パッケージ、サンプル画像、イラスト、ロゴ等の全ての著作物（以下「本著作物」とします）の著作権は、物販・配信等の形式を問わず、一門会またはその運営会社に帰属し、著作権法および関連法規によって厳格に保護されています。

したがって、本著作物を当会の事前の許可なく複製、転載、アップロードする行為、ならびに公私を問わず無断で利用する一切の行為を固く禁止いたします。

【著作権侵害に該当する禁止行為の例】

本著作物を無断で複製、再頒布、または販売する行為、およびそれを依頼・示唆する行為。
本著作物を加工・利用して新たなコンテンツを作成し、それを投稿、公開、または販売する行為。
本著作物の画像、動画、音声データ等を、YouTube等の動画プラットフォーム、個人サイト、ブログ、SNS、その他あらゆるWebサービス上に無断で投稿・公開する行為。

これらの行為、およびその他当会が権利を侵害していると判断した行為に対しては、事前の警告なく適切な法的措置を講じる場合があります。

法的ペナルティと出演者の人権保護について

著作権法違反による罰則

著作権法に違反した場合、「10年以下の懲役、もしくは1,000万円以下の罰金、またはその両方」が科される可能性があります。また、違法に公開された映像と知りながらダウンロードする行為も同様に違法であり、「2年以下の懲役、もしくは200万円以下の罰金、またはその両方」の対象となります。

出演者の人権とプライバシーの保護について（極めて重要）

当会の作品にご出演いただいている女優様とは、「正規の購入者のみが視聴できる環境での提供」および「パッケージやサンプル映像においては、目線やモザイク等のプライバシー保護処理を厳密に施す」という強固な契約の下で撮影を行っております。

これを無視して無断でアップロードする行為、とりわけ「顔のモザイク等を外して公開する行為」や「悪意あるキャプション（字幕）を付けての配信（公衆送信権の侵害）」は、著作権侵害にとどまらず、出演者の尊厳を著しく傷つける極めて悪質な「人権侵害・名誉毀損」に発展します。これらの行為によって生じた一切の責任と損害賠償は、無断でアップロード等を行った個人の責任となります。

アフィリエイトでの利用と当会の願い

アフィリエイト活動において利用を許諾しているのは、当会が公式に制作・提供している「顔に適切な保護処理（モザイクや目線等）が施されたサンプル動画およびサンプル画像」のみに限られます。本編映像を勝手にキャプチャし、公開・配布する行為は一切認めておりませんので直ちにおやめください。

当会は、本質的に法的な争いを望んでいるわけではありません。純粋に作品を愛してくださる皆様に、個人的な範囲で深く楽しんでいただくことこそが私たちの願いです。

しかしながら、作品や出演者を脅かす悪質なルール違反に対しては、組織として断固たる措置を取らざるを得ません。どうかモラルとマナーを守り、当会の「聖域」をご視聴・ご支援くださいますよう、心よりお願い申し上げます。

Regarding Copyright and Illegal Uploads

The copyrights of all works produced by Female Excretion Ichimonkai, including all videos, packaging, sample images, illustrations, logos, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Works"), belong exclusively to Ichimonkai or its operating company. These Works are strictly protected by copyright law, regardless of whether they are sold or distributed.

Therefore, any act of copying, reprinting, uploading, or otherwise using these Works without explicit permission from Ichimonkai or its operating company, whether in public or private spaces, is strictly prohibited.

[Examples of Copyright Infringement]

Reproducing, redistributing, or selling the Works, or requesting/offering to do so.
Creating derivative content using the Works and posting, publishing, or selling it.
Posting, publishing, or selling images, videos, audio data, etc. of the Works on video platforms (e.g., YouTube), personal websites, blogs, SNS, or any other web services without authorization.

We will take strict legal action against any acts that we determine to be infringing upon our rights without prior warning.

Legal Penalties and Protection of Performers

Penalties for Copyright Violation (Under Japanese Law)

Violation of copyright law may result in a sentence of up to 10 years in prison or a fine of up to 10 million yen, or both. Furthermore, downloading videos while knowing they are illegally published is also a crime, which may result in a sentence of up to 2 years in prison or a fine of up to 2 million yen, or both.

Protection of Performers' Human Rights and Privacy

The actresses appearing in Ichimonkai's Works perform under a strict contract stipulating that "the videos will only be viewable by legitimate purchasers" and "privacy protection measures (such as mosaics or eye bars) will be applied to packaging and sample videos."

Ignoring this agreement and uploading the videos without permission—especially removing the facial mosaics and publishing them, or distributing them with malicious captions—is not only a copyright violation but a severe violation of human rights and defamation against the performers. The individual who uploaded the content without permission will be held fully liable for any damages and legal consequences arising from such acts.

Affiliate Guidelines and Our Request

For affiliate purposes, we only permit the use of official sample videos and images provided by us, which already have appropriate privacy protection (mosaics or heavy blurring on faces). Capturing and publishing footage from the main video without permission is strictly prohibited.

Fundamentally, we do not desire legal disputes. Our true wish is for those who genuinely appreciate our Works to enjoy them within the bounds of personal, private use.

However, we are prepared to take firm, uncompromising action against malicious violations that threaten our Works and our performers. We kindly ask for your cooperation in observing proper manners and morals while enjoying our content.
