How do I register as a member?
Please proceed from the "Member Registration" page on the top page!
Enter the necessary information such as your email address and password, and proceed with the registration process. Once registration is complete, a provisional registration completion email will be sent from "shop@haisetu.net". Please click the URL to complete your registration.
* Currently, you will receive a bonus of 10 points (equivalent to 100 JPY) upon registration.

I didn't receive the temporary registration email.
In many cases, such as with Gmail, the temporary registration email is sorted into the "Junk Mail" or "Spam" folder. Please check your junk mail folder first.
If you still cannot receive it, you may need to configure your email settings to allow receiving emails from the domain "@haisetu.net".
I can't log in.
Please check the following points:
- It may take 5 to 10 minutes to be able to log in after completing the temporary registration.
- Are you using full-width characters when entering your email address? Please use half-width characters.
- Are the uppercase and lowercase letters correct? (Make sure Caps Lock is off.)
- If you copy and paste, make sure there are no blank spaces at the end of the email or password.
I forgot my password.
If you enter your registered email address in the password reissue form, a reset URL will be sent to that address.
If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder. For security reasons, we cannot reset or change your password from our end. If you cannot configure it, please contact us via the inquiry form with a different email address that can receive emails with URLs.
I want to change my email address.
Please change it to a new email address from "Change Registration Information" on My Page.
How do I cancel my membership?
Please let us know via the inquiry form that you wish to cancel your membership.
If you don't mind, we would appreciate it if you could write down the reason for cancellation or what could be improved, to help us provide better service in the future.
Can I share my ID with friends?
You cannot join as a group of two or more, or as an organization/corporation. Also, sharing or leaking your ID (username) and password to a third party is strictly prohibited.
If it is discovered that logins were made from multiple machines almost simultaneously, we will consider it an information leak and may revoke your membership.
Price & Payment
How much does it cost?
Please purchase points using a Credit Card, BitCash, Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Cryptocurrency.
Points can be used for purchases on this site at a rate of "10 JPY = 1 point".
* Bank transfers will receive a 5% point increase. If you wish to use a bank transfer, please contact us via the inquiry form.
Is there an additional consumption tax?
Consumption tax is already included. There are absolutely no charges other than the prices listed.
Tell me about the monthly subscription (Haisetsu Doyukai) fee and how to cancel.
You can watch unlimited flat-rate content for 6,500 JPY for the first month (5,800 JPY/30 days for continuation). You will also receive 30 points every month.
Membership will be automatically renewed. If you wish to cancel, please process the cancellation from "Cancel fixed-rate service and delete card information" under [Registration Information] on My Page.
What are review points?
If you write a review for a work purchased via PPV, 5 points (equivalent to 50 JPY) will be granted after approval.
Points are added only once per title. (Works in Doyukai or consigned works are not eligible.)
Please note that reviews consisting only of complaints or demands, or personal messages, will not be approved. We appreciate impressions that serve as a reference for other comrades considering a purchase.
What if payment fails?
If you are using JCB or similar cards, payment may fail. V-Preca and Bundle Card payments are not possible.
Please consider purchasing Bitcash from a convenience store, or making a bank transfer, PayPal, or Cryptocurrency payment.
PayPal is also available if your credit card doesn't work. Please contact us via the inquiry form.
How will it appear on my credit card statement?
The billing statement from the credit card company will show the name of the payment processing agency. Our site name (Ichimonkai, etc.) will not be mentioned at all, so please do not worry.
Video Viewing & Downloads
I don't know how to watch the videos.
Double-clicking the downloaded video file (.mp4 or .wmv) will start playback. There is no download expiration date.
[For Smartphones/Tablets]
You can play it from the browser, but it may not play on Safari on iPhone depending on the OS specifications. If it doesn't play well, please install a video player app like "VLC for Android". If you still cannot watch it, please contact us and we can prepare a re-encoded video.
A video I could watch until recently suddenly became unviewable.
Due to recent circumstances, videos may be deleted suddenly, so we strongly recommend that you "download and save them to your device as soon as possible".

The video won't play, or only audio plays.
For some older content (such as .wmv format), it may not play if the codec is not installed on your device.
Please install the codec or use a video playback app (such as VLC Player). If you contact us, we can provide a re-encoded version.
What is the difference between 4K, HD, and SD videos?
- 4K Video: 3840x2160 ultra-high resolution. The file size is very large, so it is not suitable for streaming. Please be sure to download it before playing.
- HD Video: High-definition video such as 1920x1080.
- SD Video: Low-resolution video optimized for mobile devices.
If playback is jerky or downloading takes too long, please use the SD video.
How do I view zipped image files on my smartphone?
By using an unzipping tool application, you can unzip the zip file and view the photos on your smartphone or tablet.

Can I have physical goods (DVDs/BDs) held at the post office?
Yes. After adding the item to your cart, proceed to checkout and write "Post Office Hold Requested" in the inquiry section at the bottom of the "Order Procedure" page.
I accidentally bought the wrong product. Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of digital content products, as a general rule, we do not accept refunds or point returns. Please be careful not to make a mistake when purchasing.
